Start the New Year with something just for you a gentle introduction to yoga in a warm and welcoming environment.
This 3-week course is designed for absolute beginners or anyone curious about yoga whatever your age, gender, or fitness level, and you definitely don’t need to be bendy to begin!
Over the three sessions, you’ll learn standing and seated postures and build the foundations for developing your own yoga practice. We’ll explore how to move with the breath, understand the difference between stretch and strain, and develop awareness of how your body moves and feels.
Each class begins and ends with breathwork and relaxation, and all sessions are tailored to meet the needs of each student. By the end of the course, you’ll feel more confident, more at ease in your body, and ready to join any beginner-friendly yoga class.
