An Introduction to Yoga class is perfect if you are a bit nervous about starting yoga or even turning up for a class. This 'begin yoga mini workshop' ensures that everyone is attending for the first time and you will learn the very basics.
You will learn about 'what yoga is' and some accessible postures. We will explore breath and movement and the difference between pain and stretch sensations and finish with relaxation and signposting to classes for further practice.
