4-week yoga for beginners’ course: 

Week 1. Students will learn the key standing postures, and the foundations to building a personal yoga practice.

Week 2: we will explore, breath and movement synchronicity, sun salutations, and pain versus stretch sensations.

Week 3 we will learn the key seated postures, explore stamina and flexibility.

Week 4 we will put it all together, introduce back bends and discuss what next.

All sessions will be tailored to the needs of individual students and begin and end with breath work and relaxation. By the end of the course students should feel confident to join any yoga classes that is suitable for beginners.
